About Spiral Coaching
Hi, my name is Zuleika and I do Business Coaching and Training. I have over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and Training in the corporate field.
I am passionate about helping people and teams become the best version of themselves. To build individuals and teams through knowing their strengths and maps for growth.
I have an Honours Degree in Psychology from RAU. I practise as an ACC ICF (International Coaching Federation) Credentialed Coach, an InnerLifeSkills Master Coach, Enneagram Coach and Enneagram Trainer.
Notice that I did not say that I am a life and business coach, I do business coaching and training.
Who you are is part of your life purpose, what you then do flows from that purpose.
This is exactly the reason why I pursued this career, I was in search of my purpose and in finding my purpose I also found something to do that I am passionate about.

What I do
Sometimes all we need is a highly skilled, caring Master Coach to help us break through our inner obstacles, harness our inner talents and move forward with inspired strength. I bring extensive HR and Training Manager experience, ICF ACTP Master Coach Certification, ACC and an extensive toolbox of processes to the table. This means I’m able to custom build each coaching session exactly to help you where you are today, from overcoming decision fatigue, to finding ways to delegate so you can focus on what matters most.
